Order Online
We provide a convenient, secure, online ordering system. To order online
simply select an item and enter how many you want. When you are finished click
on the "checkout" button below the item or the "shopping cart" button. Our
simple on-line ordering system will walk you through the rest of the process.
At Awesome Giftbasket Online we try to make shipping simple, reliable,
and quick. That's why we selected Federal Express as our shipping
company. Choose from 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, or Priority Overnight
deliveries. Always remember to give yourself an extra day for your gifts to
arrive. For some deliveries we do use UPS or DHL, but Federal Express
is our primary shipper.
<>i>Your gift will be left at the door of your recipient. If you do not want the gift left at the front door, we suggest that you ship your gift to a business address where there is usually a receptionist desk or a mail room to receive packages.
Special Notes
1) Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to our friends in
Hawaii and Alaska.
2) Shipping must be to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please be sure to check that your address is entered correctly. We are not
responsible for mistyped addresses. We will ship to the exact address that is
given us.
If you enter an incorrect address and want to change the address, there
will be a $15 surcharge. This surcharge is the amount that we are charged by
our shippers (Federal Express, DHL, UPS) to make an address change to a
delivery.
3) Cheesecake shipping policy.
All of our cheesecake prices include FREE shipping. We ship all of our
cakes using Federal Express Overnight service. Please note that there are some
cities and areas in the United States where there is no Federal Express
Standard Overnight Service. In these cases, we will ship using Federal Express
2 Day delivery. See table below under "Shipped using Overnight" and "2 Day
Delivery" for order and delivery dates.
How are the cheesecakes shipped?
Our cheesecakes are blast frozen, then shrink wrapped with a heavy
cryovac plastic. Then they go into a foam container that surrounds the
cheesecake in 2 inches of insulation. This then goes into a heavy corrugated
container. The cheesecake will arrive either partially frozen, or cold and
ready to enjoy. The packaging insures that every cheesecake will arrive in
perfect condition. The cheesecake will last 2+ days in the
container...especially during the winter months!
In the event that there is no one home, FedEx will leave the cake if it
is safe to do so. If you are concerned about the box being left unattended, we
suggest shipping to a work address where there is usually a receptionist or
mail room to accept packages.
4) Fresh Flower bouquet shipping policy.
All of our fresh flower bouquets prices include FREE shipping. We ship
all of our flowers using Federal Express Overnight service. Please note that
there are some cities and areas in the United States where there is no Federal
Express Standard Overnight Service. In these cases, we will ship using Federal
Express 2 Day delivery. See table below under "Shipped using Overnight" and "2
Day Delivery" for order and delivery dates.
5) Teddy Bear shipping policy.
Our Teddy Bears and stuffed toys are shipped using US Priority mail or by US Express mail.
6) Sales tax will be charged on orders that are delivered to addresses
within the state of Nevada. Deliveries made to the remaining 47 continental
states will not be charged sales tax. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at
this time.
7) Lost Packages.
What happens if the package doesn't reach the recipient. In these cases, the first thing we will do is to check with the shipper (Federal Express, UPS) and determine if the package was delivered to the correct address. If the address we were provided is inaccurate we will try to track down the pacakage, but we are not responsible for incorrect or mistyped addresses.
What happens if the address was correct but the package did not arrive. Following a check with the shipper, we will determine on a case by case basis on what will be done.
If the mistake was made on our side, we will send a replacement or refund the cost of the gift. If the problem is due to an incorrect address, we will do our best to track down the package with the shipper and see if it can be rerouted to the correct address. In these cases an additional $15 surcharge will be imposed as that is the cost charged to us by our shippers. The responsibility for providing a correct shipping address belongs to the purchaser, and as such we will not provide a refund if a package is lost due to an incorrect address.

2 Day Delivery
Your order will be shipped out on the next business day arriving
within 3 business days of ordering.
FedEx Express (3-5 Day Delivery)
Your order will be shipped out on the next business day arriving
within 4-6 business days of ordering.
FedEx Ground (5-7 Day Delivery)
Your order will be shipped out on the next business day arriving
within 6-8 business days of ordering.
Business days are Monday-Friday.
During the summer due to the high temperatures, we do not ship our fruit
gift baskets or cheesecakes over the weekends.
